Standard Fees Schedule*

All rates are transparently displayed and strictly designed to recover actual, reasonable operational costs in accordance with New Zealand consumer law. All values are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Incidental Administrative Charges
Road Toll Processing Fee $15.00 + GST per notice processed
Traffic / Parking Infringement Administration Fee $20.00 + GST per notice processed
Damage Claim Administration Processing Fee $50.00 + GST refundable if proven not at fault
Late Return Surcharge Up to 1 day's hire per 4 hours overdue if unnotified
Vehicle Restoration Charges
Refuelling Service Surcharge Cost of fuel + $25.00 service fee applied if returned under-filled
Excessive Cabin Soilage / Deep Cleaning Fee Up to $400.00 + GST applies to spillages, severe stains, odours, or smoke
Unauthorized Pet / Animal Transport Penalty Fee Up to $400.00 + GST deep cleaning and commercial allergen sanitisation surcharge
Lost Key Replacement Recovery Actual hardware cost plus urgent courier tracking delivery fees
Replacement Cost Of Damage Tyre(s) $50.00 + GST plus actual cost of tyre(s)
Financial & Cancellations
Credit Card Surcharge Standard bank processing fee applied at checkout if applicable
Booking Cancellation Fee
  • • More than 48 hours notice: Up to 20% of hire
  • • 24 – 48 hours notice: Up to 35% of hire
  • • Less than 24 hours / No-show: 50% of hire
Default Account Interest Rate 15% per annum calculated and accrued on a daily basis from the due date
Enforcement Recovery Fees Actual costs incurred covers all third-party collection or legal agency actions

*Other unlisted charges may apply based strictly on the actual, reasonable third-party costs or losses incurred by the Owner (e.g. specialized salvage or physical property damage).

By confirming a booking request or taking possession of a fleet vehicle asset, the Hirer explicitly agrees to be contractually bound by the terms and rate thresholds outlined in this schedule.
